How I work

Marketing is a system.

“I’m often more interested in an unexpected result than an expected one, because it gives me something new to understand.”

  1. 01

    Observe

Look beyond whether something worked and identify where performance changed.

  2. 02

    Diagnose

Compare creative, audience, timing, engagement, traffic, and downstream behavior.

  3. 03

    Test

Turn observations into a specific hypothesis and a controlled change—not a random adjustment.

  4. 04

    Document

Record patterns, failures, and conclusions so the next campaign starts with more information.

Marketing $30K+ commercial printing equipment to a specialized B2B audience leaves little room for disconnected tactics. Creative, targeting, qualification, follow-up, product knowledge, and sales communication all have to work together.

Building a Lead Generation System on a Modest Budget

Challenge

Reach a specialized B2B audience and create a repeatable path from ad click to qualified sales conversation without relying on a large daily budget.

My Role

Campaign strategy, creative direction, ad setup, audience targeting, lead-form development, qualification logic, CRM workflow design, and performance review.

Approach

Built the campaign as one connected system: focused messaging and targeting at the top, practical qualification questions in the form, and structured follow-up after submission.

Execution

Launched Meta lead campaigns on a $25–$50 daily budget, organized responses in GoHighLevel, and created automated segmentation and follow-up workflows to help prioritize stronger prospects.

Results

Generated 200+ qualified leads during a two-week campaign and personally supported follow-up with 100+ campaign-generated prospects.

What I Learned

Lead quality depends on the full experience—not only the ad. The form, qualification logic, response speed, and handoff all shape whether interest becomes an opportunity.

Because I also participated in early sales follow-up, I could compare ad performance with the quality of the actual conversations those campaigns produced.

Growing a Specialized B2B Brand Through Content

Challenge

Make specialized printing equipment useful and interesting to a broader audience while building trust with prospective customers.

My Role

Content planning, filming, photography, editing, copywriting, publishing, community-aware ideation, and performance analysis.

Approach

Focused on the questions, processes, products, and visual moments the audience actually cared about—not content created only to fill a calendar.

Execution

Produced platform-specific short-form video and photography informed by product education, customer interests, industry trends, and ongoing performance signals.

Results

Supported Facebook results include 469K+ Reel views, 21+ days of cumulative Reel watch time, 6.7K Reel interactions, 11K link clicks, 18.1K visits, and 6.7K follows.

What I Learned

The strongest content connects a visually compelling moment to a real customer question. Attention matters most when it leads somewhere useful.

Rebuilding Titan-Jet America’s Digital Presence

Challenge

The company’s primary website no longer reflected the quality of its products, answered enough buyer questions, or supported the broader marketing experience.

My Role

Opportunity identification, internal proposal, information architecture, messaging, visual direction, design, development, and ongoing refinement.

Approach

Treated the website as a marketing system rather than a cosmetic redesign, starting with customer needs, product clarity, navigation, and conversion paths.

Execution

Reorganized product information, modernized the visual language, strengthened brand messaging, and rebuilt key journeys around faster understanding and easier exploration.

Outcome

Rebuilt the primary site around clearer product information, stronger navigation, more complete customer education, and a modern visual system while continuing normal marketing responsibilities.

What I Learned

A website becomes more persuasive when design, content, product knowledge, and customer questions are solved together.

About

Curiosity became
marketing experience.

I didn’t begin my career planning to become a marketer. I started in production at a small print-shop operation, running printers and heat presses. When the owners became too busy to create video content, I volunteered. A personal interest in editing became my first opportunity to create for a business.

That opportunity grew into a much bigger question: why does some marketing work? As the company grew, so did the scope of what I owned. A content role expanded into paid media, CRM, automation, email, websites, research, customer communication, trade shows, and sales support. I didn’t set out to collect platforms or responsibilities; each one came from a problem that needed solving.

Working without a large marketing department taught me to see marketing as a connected system rather than a collection of isolated channels. When a strategy requires a tool I don’t know yet, I learn the tool. The objective comes first; the platform is secondary.
